By accessing or using the Value Liquor Alaska digital storefront, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older, a resident of the state of Alaska, and will comply with all state and local laws regarding the purchase and possession of alcohol.

All lottery drawings are intended strictly as opportunities to purchase rare spirits at standard retail pricing (MSRP). Lottery entries are limited to one per customer. Valid state-issued ID matching the registered name must be presented in-person at pickup.
